Ryan Bell
My name is Ryan Bell and I am the owner and the presiding president of Melton Heating and Air. I got my start in the heating and air industry twelve years ago, and six years later, in 2016, I decided to buy Melton Heating and Air Conditioning and step into the ownership position. Outside of the business, I am a proud dad of four (two boys and two girls). I enjoy exploring new things with my kids, spending time outdoors, and have a passion for tattoos. I am originally from Branson, Missouri, but I grew up in Knoxville and it's where I call home. I attended Farragut high school and following graduation in 2001, I joined the Air Force where I served for 15 years. Overall, I am grateful for my experiences and opportunities, for my family, and for long lasting friendships/partnerships.
Eric C
My name is Eric, and I was born and raised in East Tennessee. There is no place like East, TN. I have been in the customer service industry for over twenty years. During that time, I had many roles in sales, Finance, and management. I started at Melton in January 2015 as a Comfort Consultant. I did that job for six years and was then promoted to General Manager. I have been in the HVAC industry for seven years. I am married and I have one son. In my off time I enjoy off-roading in the mountains and soaking up the sun on the lake.

My name is Jamie and I have lived in the area since 1985. I graduated from Anderson County High School in 1993 and have seventeen years in customer service, seven of which are in the HVAC industry. I enjoy playing billiards, fishing, and backyard BBQ’s.

My name is Jonas and I have lived in East Tennessee my whole life. I graduated from South Doyle High School and have been in the HVAC industry for ten years. I love hotrods, trucks, and spending my free time outdoors with my family. When are not outside we love to play video games together, my kids love to beat me.
